Key Responsibilities Supervise kitchen staff including cooks and helpers Ensure food preparation is done as per standards Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation Manage staff attendance, duty allocation, and discipline Control wastage and assist in cost management Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance Coordinate with Restaurant Manager and Head Chef Support kitchen operations during peak hours Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in restaurant or hotel kitchen operations Experience in supervising kitchen staff Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Leadership and team-handling skills Willing to work in shifts and long hours Candidates from Assam, North East, West Bengal, UP and Bihar preferred
