We are hiring a Kitchen Supervisor for our 4-star hotel.
Requirements:
Experience in supervising kitchen staff and operations
Strong knowledge of food preparation, portion control, and presentation
Ability to manage inventory, stock, and kitchen hygiene standards
Good leadership and team management skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
Assist chefs during busy operations and coordinate with other departments
Monitor stock levels and prevent wastage
