Key Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on food and supply consumption
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Train and support kitchen staff to ensure high performance
Collaborate with the Head Chef and management to optimize kitchen efficiency
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory kitchen role required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory procedures
Proficient in basic reporting and kitchen stock management
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
