Role Summary
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily kitchen activities, supporting the chef team, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth food preparation and service as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff activities
Ensure food preparation follows quality and hygiene standards
Support chefs during bulk cooking and catering events
Monitor cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
Ensure proper use of raw materials and reduce wastage
Coordinate with service and operations teams for timely delivery
Report operational issues to the Senior Chef or Management
Ensure compliance with food safety and FSSAI guidelines
