Industry : Hotel/Resort/Restaurant sector preferred
Education Qualification : Diploma or certification in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred.
Experiences : 2-5 years experience in kitchen operations, including supervisory role.
Skills Required :
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Basic cooking knowledge and understanding of kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
-Knowledge of HACCP or similar food safety standards is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow during food prep and service.
- Ensure food is prepared as per recipes, presentation standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and sanitization of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
- Assist in planning menus and portion control.
- Check inventory levels; assist in ordering and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI standards if in India).
- Maintain shift schedules and ensure timely attendance of kitchen staff.
- Report equipment issues or kitchen maintenance needs to management.
- Train new kitchen staff on procedures and hygiene.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
