The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure food quality, manage staff, and support smooth functioning of the newly launched cloud kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure timely preparation of orders.
Maintain food quality, taste, and portion standards.
Coordinate with chefs/cooks and assign daily tasks.
Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders as needed.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and FSSAI guidelines.
Oversee packaging quality and order dispatch accuracy.
Train and support new kitchen staff in SOPs and safety practices.
Maintain equipment, report repairs, and ensure kitchen readiness.
Track daily production, wastage, and operational performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in cloud kitchen, QSR, or fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Good communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills for order management & reporting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment.
