Supervise daily kitchen operations for frozen snacks production
Monitor hygiene, quality control, and production timelines
Manage raw material inventory and maintain stock levels
Handle inward/outward movement of goods in cold storage
Coordinate with procurement and dispatch teams
Maintain records of batch production and stock registers
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO (First In First Out) implementation
Staff supervision and shift planning
Requirements:
Experience in food processing or frozen snacks manufacturing
Knowledge of cold storage handling and food safety standards
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage both kitchen and store operations efficiently
Basic computer skills (Excel, Inventory software)
