Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
Ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, including floors, walls, and waste disposal areas
Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash items as needed
Sort and properly store clean kitchen tools and equipment
Assist chefs by transporting ingredients, organizing storage areas, and preparing workstations
Dispose of garbage and follow waste management and recycling protocols
Refill cleaning supplies and report any shortages or malfunctions
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Cooperate with culinary and service teams to maintain kitchen efficiency
