The KST Supervisor will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising KST (Kitchen Stewarding Team) and housekeeping staff. The role requires ensuring proper hygiene standards, maintaining compliance with KYC documentation, and organizing a structured deep cleaning schedule for the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
Recruit and onboard KST and housekeeping staff as per operational requirements.
Ensure all recruited staff have complete and valid KYC documents, including Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
2. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all new recruits are documented and filed with appropriate KYC verification.
Maintain accurate employee records for audits and compliance.
3. Hygiene and Cleanliness Standards:
Supervise the hygiene and sanitation standards across the restaurant, ensuring all areas meet regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain consistent hygiene protocols.
4. Training and Development:
Provide comprehensive training to KST and housekeeping staff on the proper usage of cleaning chemicals.
Develop and implement a structured work calendar for cleaning activities.
5. Deep Cleaning Schedule:
Create, maintain, and update a deep cleaning schedule across all areas of the restaurant.
Ensure cleaning activities are conducted effectively and efficiently as per the defined schedule.
