Job Description

Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff. Plan and coordinate food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, cold storage, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Ordering and maintaining inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients Supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and creating work schedules Ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed
