To supervise the Kitchen Stewarding Associates in the area of Culinary Department. Responsible for the maintenance and care of all Food and Beverage operating equipment. Qualifications

Qualification in hospitality related discipline. Minimum of 2 year's experience in a same role within the Hospitality Industry. Ability to enhance organizational performance;
