Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes
Assist in proper storage of food items and kitchen supplies
Ensure kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces are clean and sanitized
Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep and organization
Dispose of kitchen waste safely and responsibly
Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel policies at all times
Requirements:
No formal education required; 10th pass preferred
Previous experience as a steward is a plus but not mandatory
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
