Job Description

Customer Service

Greet customers politely and take food & beverage orders Explain menu items (burgers, combos, add-ons, beverages) clearly Ensure excellent customer experience and handle basic complaints
Order & Cafe Operations

Take orders via counter / table service / food delivery apps Coordinate with kitchen for timely preparation and serving Serve food neatly and ensure quality presentation
Billing & Cash Handling

Handle billing through POS / cash / UPI payments Maintain daily sales and cash records accurately
Food Preparation Support

Assist in basic burger preparation, packing, and plating (if required) Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Cleanliness & Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counter, and kitchen Ensure tables, utensils, and equipment are clean and ready Follow opening and closing procedures of the cafe
Inventory Support

Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging Inform owner/manager about low stock requirements
