Work Location : Mumbai Maharastra



Department: Food & Beverage - South Indian Restaurant

Job Title: Steward

Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Certificate in F&B Service (preferred)

Experience: 0-2 years in restaurant service, preferably in South Indian cuisine or casual dining setup

Salary: ₹12,000-?15,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in daily restaurant service operations under the guidance of the Captain or Tr. Captain.Set up tables and ensure proper mise en place (cutlery, crockery, condiments, and table linen) before service.Welcome guests, offer water, and serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guest.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, pantry, and service stations.Refill water glasses and attend to guests' immediate needs during service.Follow all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per restaurant SOPs.Learn the basics of South Indian cuisine, menu items, and service etiquette.Support senior staff during peak hours and special service situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
