Dishwashing & Sanitation: Operate dishwashers, hand-wash pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and silver; ensure all items are sanitized and stored correctly.
Kitchen Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub floors; clean walls, vents, ovens, grills, refrigerators, and work surfaces.
Waste Management: Properly dispose of trash and recycling, keeping disposal areas clean.
Support Duties: Help with basic food prep (cutting veggies, blending), set up stations, and move equipment as needed.
Health & Safety: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and EHS (Environmental, Health, & Safety) procedures, including proper chemical handling (SDS)
