Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking

Kitchen Steward

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, supporting the culinary team by ensuring all utensils, equipment, and kitchen spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and equipment. Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal. Arrange and organize kitchen tools, utensils, and storage areas. Refill cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or equipment issues. Follow hygiene and safety standards as per company and FSSAI guidelines. Assist kitchen staff during busy operations when required.

Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent. Prior experience in kitchen cleaning or housekeeping (preferred, not mandatory). Physically fit to handle cleaning duties and long standing hours. Willing to work in late evening shifts. Good team player and reliable attitude.
