The KST Team Member is responsible for assisting the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, supporting food preparation, and ensuring smooth operations during service. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to uphold hygiene and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation and ingredient handling.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
Ensure all kitchen tools and materials are properly cleaned, organized, and stored.
Support in receiving and storing supplies and inventory management.
Dispose of waste responsibly following kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and tools as per company standards.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per company policy.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Chef.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Standing for long hours in a busy kitchen environment.

Pay: ?10,037.98 - ?18,000.00 per month
