Job Description

We are hiring Kitchen Staff for our up-coming cafe in New Town. Selected candidates will initially i=undergo training and gain hands on experience at our existing cafe outlets before being deployed to the New Town location. Please find the JD below:

POSITION TASKS & PRIORITIES

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes

Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Work with team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed

Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the cafe

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven work experience as Line Cook/Prep Cook for any cafe. Freshers can also apply.

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day

Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment and should be comfortable working for all the shifts

Basic understanding of continental/American food will be an added advantage.

Please note that this is a full time position and we are looking for serious candidates who is looking for long term association.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
