ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist the tandoor chef and Commis I in daily preparation
Handle basic marination, skewering, and bread making
Maintain cleanliness and assist in mise en place
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Support the team during service hours
REQUIREMENTS
6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (tandoor preferred)
Eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills
Ability to work under supervision and handle rush hours
Flexible with timings and teamwork-oriented
