ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare tandoor items (roti, naan, kebabs, tikkas, etc.) as per recipe and standards
Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
Manage daily mise en place for the tandoor section
Maintain tandoor equipment and follow safety procedures
Coordinate with chefs and service staff during operations
Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience as Tandoor Commis I or II
Knowledge of marination, roasting, and bread preparation
Ability to handle pressure during busy hours
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
