Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Staff to support our culinary team in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, maintain hygiene standards, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area and utensils
Handle ingredient storage, labeling, and stock rotation
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Support the team during meal services (breakfast/lunch/dinner)
Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff and supervisors
Assist in dishwashing and cleaning as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred
Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
Physically fit and willing to take on multiple tasks
Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning/evening
