We are seeking dedicated and hygiene-conscious kitchen staff to support daily food preparation and packaging at our cloud kitchen. You'll play a key role in delivering healthy, tasty meals that meet our high standards of nutrition, consistency, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking as per recipes and kitchen SOPs
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen areas
Pack meals according to portion control, labeling, and order flow
Follow hygiene, food safety, and storage protocols strictly
Monitor stock of raw materials and report shortages to kitchen manager
Operate basic kitchen equipment (grinder, oven, fryer, etc.)
Support daily kitchen opening/closing duties
Minimize food wastage and follow FIFO method
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen hygiene
Prior experience in commercial kitchens, restaurants, or tiffin centers preferred
Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and plating standards
Physically fit to stand for long hours and manage repetitive tasks
Team player with punctuality and discipline
Working Hours:
6 days a week (Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM)
