ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per the menu and chef's guidance
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Assist in daily mise en place and station setup
Monitor inventory and minimize wastage
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during operations
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience as Commis I or II in Indian cuisine
Strong knowledge of Indian gravies, tandoor, and curries
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
