Prepare and cook continental dishes as per the menu and chef's instructions
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Handle mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Assist in menu prep and support the team during peak hours
Minimize wastage and maintain portion control
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience as Commis I or II in Continental cuisine
Strong knowledge of sauces, salads, grills, and pastas
Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy kitchen environment
Positive attitude and team spirit
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
