Key Responsibilities

Assist in

food preparation

(sandwiches, salads, sides & cafe menu items) Basic cooking, chopping, plating, and portioning Maintain

cleanliness

, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen Help with stock management, storing ingredients, and daily prep work Support the Manager with kitchen operations Follow cafe recipes, standards, and portion sizes Dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and workstation maintenance

Requirements

Experience as

Kitchen Staff

,

Commis

,

Kitchen Helper

,

Cook Assistant

, or in

F&B/cafe kitchen

preferred

Freshers with interest in kitchen work may also appl

y Basic knowledge of food handling & hygiene Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment Hardworking, punctual, and a team player Immediate joiners preferred
