Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Kitchen Production Executive to manage daily production operations in our ice cream manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating food-grade machinery, managing kitchen staff, ensuring product consistency, and following stringent hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain ice cream production equipment (pasteurizers, homogenizers, batch freezers, CF, hardening tunnels, etc.).
Prepare and execute production batches as per standard recipes and SOPs.
Monitor critical parameters like temperature, time, and mixing speed to ensure consistent product quality.
Supervise raw material handling, weighing, mixing, and cooking processes.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment as per FSSAI norms.
Maintain accurate production logs and inventory usage.
Train junior staff in machine handling and SOP adherence.
