Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Kitchen Operations Supervisor
to oversee day-to-day functioning of our commercial/cloud kitchens. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, team coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards while supporting the growth of our corporate catering business.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and timely meal delivery.
Align procurement processes as per central guidelines and manage vendor coordination.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct weekly assessments, and optimize stock utilization.
Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring effective team performance.
Collaborate with Key Accounts team to plan, price, and update menu items.
Schedule work shifts and manage workforce planning.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Maintain weekly and monthly cost reports to support budget planning and control.
