Responsibilities
Manage daily kitchen operations (Balery) and ensure high food quality and safety standards.
Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff effectively.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to avoid shortages or excess.
Develop and enforce hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
Monitor kitchen equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs when necessary.
Implement cost-control measures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with the head chef to plan and update menus.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar role.
Should have background in
BAKERY
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Excellent organizational and management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
