Job Overview:



We are hiring a

Kitchen Incharge

to oversee kitchen operations and manage

KOT (Kitchen Order Tickets)

efficiently. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth coordination between the front-end service team and kitchen staff, maintain food quality, and monitor hygiene and timely order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff. Manage and monitor all

KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets)

accurately. Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food orders. Coordinate with service staff for smooth order flow. Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. Monitor stock levels and report requirements to management. Maintain records of daily production and wastage. Assist in training kitchen staff for consistent performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
