The candidate will assist the Chefs in daily kitchen operations and help in food preparation and cooking activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chefs in cooking and food preparation.
Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and other ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Help in storing raw materials and arranging ingredients.
Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized.
Follow safety and hygiene guidelines as instructed by the Chef.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred.
Willingness to learn and assist in all kitchen duties.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary:
?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience).
Food and accommodation provided by the company.
Weekly off:
1 day (between Monday and Thursday).
