We are seeking passionate chefs who can bring innovation and creativity to our fold-inspired cuisine--experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentation, while preserving authenticity at the core. This role offers the opportunity to shape a diverse and evolving menu that celebrates both tradition and innovation across categories such as momos, dumplings, baos, siddu, and beyond.

Experience- 1 - 2 Years.
Responsibilities:
Assist chefs with basic
prep work
, includingchopping, washing, cleaning

Maintainkitchen cleanliness and hygiene
Be willing tolearn new skills
and adapt in afast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements:
Prior experience in Restaurant or Cloud Kitchen is a plus. Should be
