Wash, peel, cut, slice, chop, and otherwise prep ingredients for use by chefs and cooks.
Wash & sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, cutting boards, workstations, etc
Clean kitchen areas and dispose of garbage responsibly.
Receive, unpack, and properly store deliveries and food items, rotating stock and checking for freshness.
Keep inventory of basic kitchen supplies; notify supervisor when items are low.
Assist in plating or assembling dishes, or aiding cooks during peak hours as needed.
Follow all food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation standards strictly.
Help in setting up and closing the kitchen before and after service.
