Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated

Kitchen Helper with basic cooking knowledge

to assist in food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and supporting the chefs during meal service. The ideal candidate should be able to handle basic cooking tasks and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and portioning items. Perform basic cooking duties under the supervision of senior kitchen staff. Support cooks and chefs during service with plating, garnishing, and assembling dishes. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations. Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware as needed. Store food items properly and monitor stock levels of supplies. Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow food safety protocols. Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors accurately. Help with receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety. Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage. Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced kitchen environment. May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays. Exposure to heat, sharp tools, and cleaning chemicals.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
