Commis 3 supports the kitchen team with basic food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards. This is an entry-level role focused on learning and assisting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, peeling, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Wash, clean, and store kitchen tools and equipment properly.
Follow instructions given by senior chefs.
Help prepare ingredients for daily operations.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
