A

Kitchen Helper

assists the kitchen staff and chefs in daily operations. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, preparing basic ingredients, and ensuring smooth workflow in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in

food preparation

(cutting vegetables, washing fruits, peeling, chopping). Maintain

cleanliness

of the kitchen, counters, utensils, and equipment. Wash dishes, plates, and cooking tools. Help chefs in basic cooking tasks when required. Store food items properly and maintain

stock

of ingredients. Dispose of waste and keep the work area hygienic according to safety standards. Assist in unloading and organizing kitchen supplies. Follow all

food safety and hygiene rules

. Support cooks during rush hours.

Skills & Qualities



Basic knowledge of kitchen operations. Ability to follow instructions. Good hygiene and cleanliness habits. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and good communication. Physical stamina for standing long hours.

Education & Experience



No formal education required (10th or 12th pass preferred). Experience is an advantage but

fresher candidates

are often accepted. Training is usually provided on the job.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
