Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients: wash, peel, chop, measure, and portion baking ingredients.
Assist with dough mixing, rolling, shaping pastries, and following recipes under supervision.
Operate basic bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, etc.) under guidance.
Package, label, and arrange bakery products for display or delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
Assist in stock receiving, storing supplies, and notifying when supplies are low.
Perform any other tasks assigned by Baker / supervisor to support bakery operations.
Requirements / Skills
Basic food preparation skills; bakery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Punctual, responsible, honest, with good work ethic.
A basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards in food handling.
