Kitchen Helper - Yellowstone Resort Arambol, Goa

:

The Kitchen Helper supports the culinary team in basic food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen. This role ensures smooth workflow and helps chefs deliver high-quality dishes consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including work counters, utensils, and equipment. Ensure proper waste disposal and follow all hygiene and sanitation standards. Support chefs during busy service hours by organizing ingredients and tools. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and ensure clean storage of all kitchen items. Assist in unloading and storing supplies and ingredients. Handle tasks as assigned by the Chef or Supervisor and maintain timely execution. Follow safety guidelines while handling equipment, hot surfaces, and knives.
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is an advantage (not mandatory). Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn. Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle routine kitchen tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
