Maintain records of supplies, equipment, and staff performance.
Ensure timely food preparation and efficient order execution during peak hours.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef / Kitchen Head / Sous Chef in hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and cost control.
Ability to handle a large kitchen team and manage pressure during rush hours.
Culinary degree or diploma preferred.
