Position: Kitchen & Food Operations Manager

Role Objective:
Manage daily kitchen and food operations to ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and timely service in a high-footfall cafeteria
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Ensure taste consistency, portion control, and food quality
Maintain kitchen hygiene and FSSAI compliance
Manage raw material stock, storage, and wastage control
Supervise kitchen staff and duty rosters
Ensure smooth food output during peak hours (weekends/events)
Experience Required:
3-6 years in kitchen or food operations
Experience in cafeterias, food courts, QSRs, cloud kitchens, or mall kitchens
Hands-on operational background
Skills:
Kitchen operations & prep planning
Food safety & hygiene
Inventory control
Team supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹318,583.62 - ₹400,000.00 per year
