Job Description

Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget for kitchen design projects.

Space Planning:

Measure and assess kitchen spaces to determine optimal layout, functionality, and flow.

Design Development:

Create detailed kitchen design concepts, including cabinetry, countertops, lighting, flooring, and appliances.

3D Visualization:

Prepare design drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design).

Material & Product Selection:

Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, fittings, and appliances that align with the client's style and budget.

Budget Management:

Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and ensure designs remain within the client's financial plan.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and installers to ensure design accuracy and quality execution.

Project Supervision:

Oversee installation work to ensure the final outcome aligns with the approved design specifications.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and ergonomic standards.

Client Presentation:

Present design proposals and revisions to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.

Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on current kitchen design trends, new materials, and technology advancements.

After-Sales Support:

Provide post-installation assistance and handle any client feedback or necessary adjustments.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of design plans, material specifications, and client communications.

Sales Support:

Assist in promoting kitchen products and services, contributing to the company's sales goals.
