Food preparation according to standard recipes and procedures
Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and warming units safely
Ensure food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation meet brand standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and workstations
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Assist in stock handling, storage, and FIFO practices
Coordinate with front-of-house staff for timely order preparation
Minimize food wastage and report shortages or issues to the supervisor
Follow company policies, uniform standards, and safety procedures
