Job Description

1. Staff Management & Training:

Supervising and coordinating the work of kitchen staff. Training new kitchen staff on various tasks and procedures. Ensuring staff adheres to food safety and hygiene standards. Creating and managing staff schedules.
2. Food Preparation & Service:

Ensuring all food is prepared according to standardized recipes and menus. Overseeing the timely preparation and cooking of meals. Ensuring all dietary restrictions and allergies are accommodated. Maintaining quality and consistency in food preparation.
3. Inventory & Ordering:

Managing and monitoring inventory levels of food and supplies. Placing orders for necessary ingredients and supplies. Ensuring proper storage of food items to maintain freshness and safety.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ?13,000.00 per month
