Location: Mapusa Central
Experience: 2-4 years in food cost control or kitchen accounts
About the Role:
We are seeking a Kitchen Controller to manage and monitor all food & beverage cost controls across our outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory, minimize wastage, and support profitability through efficient cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control daily food & beverage consumption and wastage.
Conduct regular stock audits of kitchen and bar inventory.
Verify purchase requests, goods received, and store issues.
Prepare daily food cost and variance reports.
Coordinate closely with chefs and F&B managers to ensure cost efficiency.
Maintain records in compliance with hotel accounting standards.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Accounts / F&B Management.
Experience with POS and inventory management software.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and understanding of kitchen operations.
