Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, stovetops, walls, and floors, using appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques.
Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, either manually or using dishwashing machines.
Clean and maintain all kitchen appliances, such as ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, and freezers.
Regularly sweep and mop kitchen floors, ensuring they are free from grease, spills, and debris.
Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
Hygiene and Safety:
Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards set by FSSAI and Procalories.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness in storage areas for ingredients and equipment.
Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the kitchen supervisor promptly.
Support & Maintenance:
Restock cleaning supplies as needed and ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
Assist with receiving and proper storage of deliveries when required.
Perform other cleaning or basic kitchen duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
