Job Description

Detailed Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitation:

Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils, including dishes, cookware, and food preparation areas.

Dishwashing and Utensil Care:

Washing, drying, and storing dishes and utensils, as well as operating and maintaining dishwashers.

Waste Disposal:

Emptying trash and recycling bins, and removing waste to designated areas.

Basic Food Preparation:

Assisting in food preparation by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients.

Kitchen Supplies:

Stocking up on cleaning supplies and ensuring they are stored safely.

Maintenance:

Cleaning kitchen equipment, reporting defects or hazards.

Hygiene and Safety:

Following food safety regulations and procedures, and maintaining personal hygiene standards.

General Cleaning:

Dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors, cleaning countertops and other surfaces.

Restocking and Inventory:

Assisting with receiving and storing food and supply orders.

Collaboration:

Working with other kitchen staff to support their cleaning needs.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
