Key Responsibilities:
Assist the head chef in food preparation and cooking.
Wash, chop, and organize ingredients before service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI).
Assist in inventory checks and stock rotation.
Plate and serve dishes according to cafe standards.
Ensure timely support during peak service hours.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or kitchen preferred (freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices.
Team player with good communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
