Assist in the preparation of chutneys, sambar, and other accompaniments that are served with the main dishes.
Ensure the consistency and quality of food items prepared, maintaining the authenticity and taste of the dishes.
Operate kitchen equipment, including
steamers, grinders, deep fryers
, and coffee-making machines to prepare food items.
Ensure that all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and texture, meeting customer expectations.
Follow proper procedures for cooking, storing, and handling food to maintain food safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by cleaning work surfaces, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Ensure all kitchen tools, appliances, and cooking areas are sanitized according to health and safety standards.
Manage waste disposal and ensure that the kitchen is free of clutter at all times.
