Assist the cooks/chefs in daily food preparation.
Clean, wash, and chop vegetables and ingredients as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials and supplies.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly.
Support the cooking team during peak hours.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean workstation.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Chef or Kitchen In charge.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good personal hygiene and discipline.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Teamwork and punctuality.
