Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Job Summary:

The Kitchen Assistant supports the chefs and cooks in daily kitchen operations. They help with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling, etc.)

Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and hygienic at all times

Wash utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment

Help in receiving and storing food supplies properly

Dispose of waste and clean kitchen surfaces regularly

Support cooks and chefs during busy service hours

Follow food safety and hygiene rules as per company standards

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety

Ability to work quickly and as part of a team

Physically fit to handle long working hours and standing tasks

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering setup is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
