Assist cooks and chefs in cutting, chopping, and basic prep work.
Wash, clean, and organize utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
Help with ingredient sorting, washing vegetables, and arranging supplies.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and ensure a clean workspace.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Refill and restock items as needed (e.g., flour, spices, vegetables).
Requirements
1-3 years experience in a
restaurant or hotel kitchen
preferred.
Must be hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
Should maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willing to learn and assist across kitchen sections.
